Summer Wedding at The Villa | Keri + Todd

Get ready because Keri and Todd’s summer wedding at The Villa this past Sunday is going to make you smile, and you might need a tissue too. Don’t say I didn’t warn you:)

I have to share their story again because it’s a good one!

Shortly after they began dating, literally six months in, Keri moved away to the windy city to attend a doctoral program. They were committed to each other and made their long-distance relationship work for 4 years.

They’ve had many adventures together during their relationship, and moving back to Boston last summer was one of them.

Upon moving back, they decided that they would continue having adventures together in Boston and made it special with what they called their, “30 for 30”. They set out for 30 adventures all over the city, and each adventure was documented with a selfie! LOVE that!

They enjoyed adventures for the entire summer, and on their very last adventure, as they began to take their last selfie, Todd said, “Our adventures aren’t over. I want to spend the rest of my adventures with you.”

When I walked into the Grand Ballroom, their reception space at The Villa, it warmed my heart to see each table displaying one of the many adventures that they’ve had together.

Reading each one made me smile because Keri and Todd know how to have fun together and most of all they spend time cultivating and nurturing their relationship.

The tears starting during both of their getting ready times as they read letters that they had written for each other to be read on their wedding day.

They are loving, kind, thoughtful, and so much fun together!

The tears continued during their first look as Todd was overjoyed by the beauty of his beautiful bride. Keri was stunning and glowing from the inside out.

And speaking of glowing, wait until you see their photos from sunset. LOVE!!

Their ceremony was filled with sweet words, readings, tears, laughter, and joyous celebration as they jumped the broom at the end of their ceremony.

It was a day of many magical moments for their summer wedding at The Villa. A collective emotion of joy and happiness that was on every face.

Congratulations, Keri and Todd!! It has been a joy getting to know you, and what an honor to be part of your wedding day!! Cheering for you always as you celebrate many new adventures on your journey together. Sending big hugs to you both xo, Shawon
