I’m your host for this retreat, and a fellow woman in business who knows what it feels like to carry both the vision and the weight of it all.

My first retreat wasn’t meant to be anything big. I was inspired by a woman I saw on Instagram who had simply booked a hotel for a day to plan. So I tried it too — I went away for two days, wrote twelve blogs, mapped out the year ahead, and thought it was just about productivity.

But something unexpected happened. I realized I had given myself space to rest, breathe, and work on my business with intention. That one experience changed everything.

Since then, for six years, I’ve given myself the gift of quarterly retreats — not as a luxury, but as a time to step away to fill my cup. Each pause became a turning point. I’d come home more grounded, more focused, and more aligned with the kind of business (and life) I truly wanted to build.

As I've shared my retreat experiences over the years, women have always asked if I’d ever host one for others. And more recently, while on retreat in Martha’s Vineyard, a woman I met at brunch asked me that very same question.

And now, here we are.

We’ll gather Sunday evening for a welcome reception, spend two full days in retreat, and close with a nourishing half day together on Wednesday.
