My Birthday, Something New, and a Grand Opening Tour

Today is my birthday and you know what that means, right?! If you said red velvet cake, then you guessed right!

Birthdays are always a time of reflection for me. Despite a challenging 2020, I have so much to be grateful for.

Almost nine years ago, my journey to becoming a photographer all began on my birthday.

I always expect red velvet cupcakes from LaSalle’s bakery, but that year I had another box to unwrap.

I had no idea that the gift of a new camera would change my life.

This year as I reflect, the word impact is speaking to me louder and louder.

I had plans for a Grand Opening back in March when I walked through the door of a new studio space.

Although the grand opening may be delayed, my plans and vision are only expanding as I think about the impact that I want to make for other business owners who also have a gift that they want to use to make an impact.

There have been so many amazing women business owners that have been instrumental in my business journey. The branding side of the studio has allowed me to combine my love for business, storytelling, and styling behind the camera to help other women business owners uplevel their branding and businesses.

Today, I’m thrilled to share that I will also be offering Brand Marketing Strategy. This is perfect for the business owner who has been overwhelmed with putting all of the pieces of their visual branding together with a marketing strategy that is aligned to making an impact in their business.

Alright, I’m heading out for the day, but here’s a quick tour of the new space. It’s been a joy to design, rearrange furniture and customize sets to fit my client’s brand and you might see some of that in action. Those hours of HGTV are paying off:)
